Software Installation 

Windows Installation Instructions

  1. Click the link below to download the installer for Windows. This download can take anywhere from a couple of minutes to half an hour depending upon the speed of your connection.
  2. Once the download has completed start the installer manually. Follow the instructions and click Next, Next, and Finish when prompted. Only advanced users should change any of the options from the defaults selected by the wizard.
  3. Once you have clicked Finish, the installation process will be complete. You will now have an icon labeled thinkpipes on your desktop.

 

Macintosh Installation Instructions

  1. Click the link below to run the Java Web start version of the application. This download can take anywhere from a couple of minutes to half an hour depending upon the speed of your connection.
  2. The Java Web start version will not fully install the application on your computer but should place JNLP file on your desktop for you to launch the application.

 

NOTE: You do not need to install any other software. A Java virtual machine is included with this download.
